As the unified advertising revenue arm of Sirius XM Holdings Inc., we effectively connect leading audio platforms, ad tech solutions, and exclusive content partnerships, reaching over 150 million listeners monthly and offering tailored brand experiences that prioritize creators. How You'll Make an Impact: This critical senior analyst role supports our global advertising sales organization across all SiriusXM Media properties, including Pandora, SiriusXM, and AdsWizz. Reporting to SiriusXM's People & Culture team, you will closely collaborate with sales, finance, and human resources to enhance the design and administration of sales compensation processes. What You'll Do: Administer sales compensation plans for our global advertising sales teams. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus) to calculate and manage quarterly payouts. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of sales compensation plan changes in SAP SuccessFactors, including auditing payouts for accuracy and alignment with plan design. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve compensation-related issues efficiently. Work cross-functionally with various departments (sales, finance, HR) to streamline and refine processes and data sets for sales compensation calculations. Prepare monthly general ledger entries and assist with additional financial accounting reporting requirements. Contribute to the design and improvement of sales compensation plans and policies. What You'll Need: A BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, ideally within the technology or media sectors. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus) or similar sales commission software (e.g., Xactly). Advanced Excel proficiency. Familiarity with Salesforce. A strong attention to detail, organized approach, and thoroughness. Excellent communication skills, both effective and tactful. A mindset geared toward process improvement. The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $71,000 to $121,000, dependent on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
