Role Overview

As an Account Executive at LegalMation, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue by targeting enterprise legal departments at regional, mid-market, and national P&C insurance companies. This is a pure hunter role focused on building new relationships, closing six-figure and higher deals, and positioning LegalMation as a strategic partner for litigation automation and cost savings. You will engage C-Suite leaders (GC, CLO, CFO) as well as litigation and claims executives, navigating complex sales cycles to land high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Mapping & Targeting:

Identify and prioritize regional, mid-market, and national P&C insurance carriers, as well as other corporations with significant litigation exposure; develop account strategies to engage multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships. New Logo Hunting:

Drive acquisition of new enterprise customers through proactive prospecting, executive outreach, and net-new relationship building with corporate legal and claims leadership. Enterprise Deal Execution : Manage long, complex sales cycles including RFPs, procurement, and onboarding. Value Selling : Translate LegalMations platform into ROI-focused business cases that resonate with CLOs, CFOs, and GCs. Territory & Pipeline Ownership : Build, manage, and expand a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities; consistently advance deals to close while exceeding new logo and revenue targets. Thought Leadership : Represent LegalMation at industry conferences, client roundtables, and networking forums within the insurance/legal sectors. Internal Collaboration : Work with Product and Marketing on positioning, and partner with Client Success on handoffs and expansions. Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate pipeline updates and revenue forecasts using HubSpot. Qualifications

10+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong record of closing $100K+ enterprise deals Proven ability to sell into enterprise legal functions (GC, CLO, Litigation Leaders) and/or P&C insurance executives. Experience managing 6-12 month complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement. Hunter mentality: demonstrated ability to break into new accounts and build relationships from scratch Experience with value-based, consultative selling in long, complex deal cycles Ability to engage senior executives with a consultative, business-outcomes mindset. Start-up/scale-up experience preferred (comfort with ambiguity, building playbooks) Background in legal tech, Insurtech, or compliance-driven industries a strong plus. $150K base, $300K total at plan (base + variable, uncapped) Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Remote role with travel for clients/events
