Radial Inc. We are seeking an Order Resolution Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of inventory and outbound shipments within the warehouse. This role supports customer satisfaction by verifying that products meet company and client standards before they are shipped. The Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory and outbound shipments within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction by verifying that products meet company and client standards before they are shipped. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to upholding quality control procedures in a fast-paced environment. Schedule
Wednesday to Saturday 7:00pm to 5:30am Responsibilities Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. Inspect products for damage, labeling errors, and packaging compliance. Document and report quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conformances. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Audit pick, pack, and shipping processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies. Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve quality issues in real time. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality reports. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in all QA activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs. Support other warehouse functions as needed and directed by supervisors. Support other members of the team, in any way possible, as determined by management and supervisors.
Qualifications
12 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or quality assurance roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret packing slips, labels, and quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work overtime as required by management. High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluent in English language skills, spoken and written are essential for this role.
