All CDL holders welcome Key Responsibilities: Drive within designated routes for efficient service. Manage 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs for each load. Benefits of Joining Us: Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay based on your driving success. $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over your first year. $1,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over your first year. Paid orientation to get you started. You’ll earn paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay each year. Annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay. Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Must live within 70 miles of Sterling, IL.
