A great opportunity exists for a bright, well-organized and spirited individual to grow within Suntiva using past experience and education. Based in Falls Church, Virginia, in this position, you will: Lead Contract Management : You will have cradle to grave authority and responsibility in support of the organization related to all contractual matters, work with the CFO to manage risk and to coordinate responses to contractual requirements, and serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters; Manage Suntivas Subcontracts : You will create and modify master subcontract agreements, master consultant agreements, and work orders; and Refine and Expand Contracting Best Practices : You will assist in refining and expanding Suntivas contracting best practices in compliance with company policy. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Contracts Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of seven (4) years experience in federal government contracts administration; with small business experience strongly preferred; Must have working knowledge of the FAR/DFAR and related federal procurement regulations and clauses; Must have familiarity with Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Cost Plus contracts, and the development of pricing structures and approaches to balance price and risk for each; Strong business acumen, with an ability to discuss and debate both sides of an issue concerning contract execution and risk management; Must be able to Do as well as Supervise as significant transactional volume exists. This is a hand-on roll with significant growth potential; and MBA or MS degree in Acquisitions/Contracts Management is preferred Additional certifications (i.e. CPCM, CFCM) is preferred Additional Information
