Description The National Security Sector's Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area at Leidos Inc. is seeking a motivated Senior Industrial Security Analyst/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our dynamic team. Our focus lies in delivering technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intelligence customers, specializing in areas such as cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. This role is crucial in enhancing the production, integration, and analysis of multi-domain mission data for our customers. Primary Responsibilities You will lead the implementation of the industrial security program, ensuring that both company and customer security requirements are met effectively. Assist in maintaining an operational Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and support classified meetings, handling security incident inquiries, and performing regular self-inspections. Engage with executive Leidos leadership and various levels of personnel and government management to perform complex security tasks that yield measurable results. Provide guidance on security matters related to classified inventory and document control, personnel clearances, access nominations, and government security classification specifications. Analyze and prepare security reports and recommendations for preventative or corrective actions in line with legal, contractual, and internal policies. Implement and deliver security training, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and customer requirements. Review and update SCIF Standards, Practices, and Procedures (SPP) and associated internal procedures in accordance with guidance from the Cognizant Security Authority (CSA). Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in all aspects of onsite security management, including physical security and access control. Manage customer-required security documentation for employees and subcontractors. Oversee day-to-day security interactions within the facility, ensuring proper visitor control and access procedures are communicated and adhered to. Aid the FSO in maintaining compliance with the National Industrial Security Program. Draft co-use and joint-use agreements for shared spaces with government facility sponsors. Successful track record in building partnerships with customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6-10 years of experience. Thorough understanding of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, and National Background Investigation Services e-Application. Knowledge of Access Control Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems. Ability to interpret security policies and apply them to program operations. Experience in processing classified mail and record management. Record of conducting security-related training. Must possess an active Secret clearance and be eligible for upgrade. Experience with Technology Control Plans (TCP) and ITAR policies. Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Preferred Qualifications Accreditation as a Facility Security Officer or Communication Security (COMSEC). Experience with physical security requirements, including SCIF construction. Experience drafting subcontractor DD254s. Background in developing and implementing security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Professional Industrial Security Affiliations. Strong Customer Service background.
