Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (5:00 AM-3:30 PM) with potential overtime Job Summary:

As part of a

diverse and hardworking team of technicians , the Precision Assembly Technician II will contribute to the build of launch vehicles, spacecraft, and launch systems. You will assemble, test, and support components that enable

safe and repeatable spaceflight , applying your technical knowledge and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanically actuated sub-assemblies for systems such as

New Shepard ,

New Glenn , and

Engines . Collaborate with engineers on design reviews and provide feedback for assembly efficiency. Follow and help refine work instructions for complex mechanical installations. Ensure proper documentation and quality compliance. Handle hazardous systems involving chemicals or high pressure safely. Operate within a dynamic team environment with changing priorities. Required Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in precision mechanical assembly Experience preparing close-tolerance holes and installing fasteners Background in aerospace, military, or related high-spec industries U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization Nice-to-Have Experience:

Experience with launch vehicles or propulsion systems A&P license or equivalent aerospace integration background Use of 3D CAD tools (e.g., CREO), GD&T interpretation per ASME Y14.5M-1994 Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication Standard mechanical tool use and fabrication equipment handling Strong documentation and procedural compliance skills Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with pressurized system safety (hydraulic/pneumatic) Operation of cranes and forklifts around flight-critical hardware Experience with 3D measurement tools and software (Verisurf, Spatial Analyzer) Ability to interpret aerospace assembly drawings and quality standards Additional Skills:

Safe ladder and confined space operation Physical ability to lift 25 lbs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
