Description: We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist with Critical Care fellowship training to join our growing ICU and surgical team.
Responsibilities include providing 8-12 weeks per year of service in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), including home call coverage.
You will oversee a team managing complex post-operative patients recovering from cardiac surgery, major vascular procedures, and TAVR.
The role entails delivering comprehensive anesthesia services during non-ICU weeks.
You will share operating room call duties proportionally based on ICU coverage.
Collaborating with an experienced, multidisciplinary team in a trauma center setting is essential.
Participate in clinical decision-making, protocol development, and care coordination.
Engagement in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and advanced practice providers is encouraged.
Utilize an electronic medical record system for seamless and integrated patient documentation.
