Your Responsibilities as a Certified Nursing Aide: Create a safe environment for patients, ensuring clear pathways during care. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting. Support patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Adhere to the service plan, performing only the assigned tasks accurately. Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the supervisor promptly. Essential Qualifications for CNAs: High school diploma or equivalent. Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan. Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
