Salary Range:
$70K- $80K /year
Purpose:
Equipment Project Professional
Essential Duties:
Manage full-cycle projects transport, installation, leveling, piping., etc. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Review equipment layout drawings and issue instructions Main responsibilities include arranging local rigging crews, labor resources, and scheduling site work in coordination with subcontractors and internal teams Cover projects across the Midwest region (primarily Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, etc.) as needed. ※ It depends on the needs of the project. On average, we will be on-site for about one week per month. Prepare reports, lead progress meetings, and track issues Note:

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:
No educational background required Experience in equipment installation, etc. Skill Sets Required:
Communication skills Experience or knowledge in equipment installation/construction PC Skills with Word, Excel, Power point etc Behavioral Descriptors:
Teamwork skills and inclination Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities Ability to understand, and maintain multi-cultural relationships. Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership Skills to provide detailed support to our customer as they are Japanese company. Hardworking and Mindful Organization Relationships:
Interacts with customer representatives, our internal staff primarily at the Manager level and related support staff.
