Job Summary
Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a
Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist
to provide sustainment, accountability, and lifecycle support for Marine Corps Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS) at
Camp Pendleton . This position supports the
Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) program , working closely with
System Support Officers (SSOs)
and
Responsible Individuals (RIs)
to ensure training system readiness through property accountability, inspections, warehouse operations, and sustainment planning. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accountability and lifecycle management for all assigned GTS and VTS in support of SSOs and RIs. Conduct
quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories
of systems and equipment per Marine Corps policy. Support
warehouse management functions , including inventory control, equipment replacement planning, and maintenance scheduling. Perform
on-site inspections
of live training systems, ranges, and minor devices such as I-TESS, SESAMS, PITS, BFX simulators, and virtual systems. Develop and update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for accountability and sustainment in compliance with USMC supply regulations. Assist with
Government Acceptance Testing, fielding, and disposal/DRMO actions
as directed by SSOs. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using
DPAS, CAR, and related USMC accountability systems . Prepare and deliver
reports, briefs, and technical documentation
to leadership supporting system readiness. Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
required. Drivers License required. Active or Interim Secret Clearance
(must be maintained). High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred). Minimum of
2 years of experience
in property accountability, supply chain, or logistics operations. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office tools
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Familiarity with
DoD/USMC supply accountability systems
(DPAS, CAR, CMR). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to brief leadership and prepare reports. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with
Marine Corps RTAM, TECOM, or training support operations . Knowledge of
warehouse management practices
and lifecycle sustainment processes. Experience developing and maintaining SOPs for accountability and property management. Work Environment
On-site
at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA. Work will take place across
