This role involves delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks. As a driver, you will ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the right customer. You will be accountable for customer satisfaction while transporting items in a safe and timely manner.
Contact with customers, including minors, is part of the job; you may access cash and other payment methods, as well as personal information and store merchandise. To ensure the safety of everyone and to uphold the company’s reputation, we conduct a criminal history review. The selected candidate will work within a 30-mile radius of store #704393 at 59 Hicks Ave, Medford, MA 02155.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and load customers' orders efficiently. Ensure proper documentation is completed. Safely transport and deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Maintain the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints. Follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned. Adhere to all transportation laws while maintaining a safe driving record. Prepare reports and other necessary delivery documents. Operate various equipment, including trucks and forklifts. Assist with in-store duties, such as mixing customer orders and helping in the warehouse. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required. Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) within five business days of a conditional offer. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum one year of experience as a delivery driver. Experience with material handling equipment. Prior experience in selling paint and related products. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
