Job Summary PNC Park, which opened in Spring 2001, is an intimate, classic-style ballpark that embraces the progressiveness of Pittsburgh while saluting the spirit of early ballpark originals. Its prime location along the shore of the Allegheny River takes advantage of scenic vistas of the downtown skyline and riverfront, creating an exciting and dramatic urban sports venue. As a Ballpark Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for hands-on facility maintenance of PNC Park including all duties necessary to facilitate these maintenance activities.

Responsibilities Driving and operating mobile equipment, including high lifts, golf carts, forklifts and other various equipment; lubrication and maintenance of such mobile equipment. Handle general maintenance activities, including but not limited to roof repair, glass cleaning and replacement, caulking and waterproofing, operating field cover, assembling and disassembling screens, seat repair, loading and unloading trucks, general clean-up work, preparation for events and operating equipment used for events. Handling maintenance work, including but not limited to painting, spray painting, carpentry work, cement finishing, grading and maintaining artificial turf, etc. General and emergency maintenance, including but not limited to changing light bulbs in stands and ceiling tiles. Assist in the organization and inventory of all storage areas. All other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience Valid Driver's License Desired:

Ballpark maintenance experience Knowledge of basic mechanical and carpentry skills Computer literacy Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 50 lbs Long hours, up to 16 hours per day Operating heavy machinery Excess standing and walking up to 12 hours per day Working with cleaning agents Working with construction materials
