IDR is seeking a Data Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-performance time-series databases within the financial services industry, supporting trading and analytics operations through low-latency data systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a KDB+/Q Developer or Data Engineer Deep knowledge of KDB+ architecture and Q programming Strong understanding of time-series data and ultra-low latency systems Previous experience in quantitative trading, financial services, or similar high-performance environments is strongly preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting What's in it for you?
