PRN Occupational Therapist
who is passionate about helping residents regain independence, mobility, and confidence in a compassionate and supportive long-term care setting.

What You'll Do: Perform evaluations and deliver individualized occupational therapy services to residents with physical, emotional, or developmental conditions Create personalized care plans to improve function in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Recommend and instruct in the use of adaptive equipment for greater safety and autonomy Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care Track progress and document interventions in compliance with professional and facility standards What You'll Bring:
Current
Occupational Therapist (OT) license
in the State of Georgia Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, patient-centered mindset Long-term care experience
