$75,000 - 90,000 Who we are: As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our clients’ products and systems compliance with industry standards. You will maintain consistent product quality by developing and enforcing effective work systems and providing essential documentation. Quality Engineer Role: As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for the compliance of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System to applicable standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, quality policies, etc.), to customer requirements, and to internal standards. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing effective work systems, validating processes, and providing clear documentation. Quality Engineer Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand and meet their requirements and resolve any complaints Develop PPAP documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, FMEAs, and Control Plans

Act as an internal resource, providing expertise on quality and statistical subjects

Lead or facilitate improvement and problem-solving teams

Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Work with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality requirements are met

Conduct internal QMS/EMS audits, product audits, and supplier audits

Use company and third-party systems to ensure effective transfer of quality information

Prepare and update work instructions and inspection plans

Lead Fast-Response team meetings

About You: Possess a four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience

Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001

Knowledgeable in fastener manufacturing, testing, and standards

Understand statistical subjects like Normal distribution and SPC

Proficient in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experienced with automotive PPAPs

Able to use basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers

Skilled in structured problem-solving methods like 8D or 5-WHY

Maintain a professional, ethical, and cooperative demeanor

Able to accept responsibility and adapt to frequent change

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 per year
