About The Coeur d'Alene Resort:
The Coeur d'Alene Resort is known for its warm hospitality, stunning lake views, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk & Communications Operator to join our team and provide exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
The Role:
As a dual-position team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether checking them in at the front desk, assisting with reservations, or answering calls through our communications system. You'll ensure smooth guest experiences by providing clear information, handling requests efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments
Provide accurate information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions
Manage guest reservations and process payments
Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with care
Maintain front desk and operator areas in an organized, professional manner
Support other departments by relaying messages and coordinating communication
Follow all safety, security, and privacy standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
Proficiency with computers and reservation systems a plus
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
