Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Modeling and Simulations Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency Directorate for Wargames and Exercises.

What You'll Be Doing:

Execute analytical tasks associated with supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises

Design, build, and run modeling and simulations of ballistic missile defense systems (BMS) and ballistic missile (BM) threats

Plan, configure, monitor, and implement BMS parameters into simulation software

Utilize simulation software such as MDASIM and EADSIM to support distributive, virtual, and constructive exercise modeling

Perform pre-test coordination, event execution, pre and post mission testing

Participate in planning meetings and technical work involved with diverse network and architecture configurations

Configure and conduct on-console support on designated modeling and simulation workstations that support CCMD and MDA BMS exercises

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with Combatant Command Wargames and Exercises

Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle process

Must be a self-starter, able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Ability to support domestic and international travel as required

Ability to configure and operate Windows and LINUX workstations

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with MDASIM, OSF, EADSIM, TGx, PINT

Software development experience desired

CompTIA Security+ desired

Education:

BS in an engineering or computer science field

7 years relevant experience to include DoD test processes and/or test execution desired

Certifications/Licenses:

Secret Clearance required for employment

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.?

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
