Compensation Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00 Per Hour
Description Assume 24-hour responsibility for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Oversee and direct the emergency department's nursing care. Foster collaboration and respect among healthcare team members. Perform related duties as required.
Key Responsibilities Develop long-term staffing schedules and ensure adequate daily coverage. Monitor unit performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and employee development. Promote a collaborative team approach for patient care. Investigate and resolve patient, physician, and staff concerns.
Qualifications Minimum of five years of nursing management or supervisory experience in the Emergency Department. Master's Degree in Nursing. Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse. BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
