As a Services Lead, you will play a critical role in advancing our MedTech customers through the effective adoption of Clinical Operations Solutions. You will take charge of scoping and delivering successful implementations while fostering long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Drive MedTech customer success with Veeva Clinical Operations solutions through efficient and appreciated services. Lead pre-sales activities to structure the appropriate solutions, set expectations, and establish project charters, including staffing, timelines, and costs. Collaborate with Veeva Product and Strategy teams to align service offerings with the MedTech industry needs. Onboard and empower resources to deliver effectively on MedTech projects. Provide continuous oversight to ensure successful project delivery and build trusted relationships that drive high-value services. Enhance customer value by holding delivery teams accountable for their productivity. Manage escalations and serve as a trusted advisor to your customers. Assist in the hiring process and support the teams' capacity and utilization across all projects. Allocate the right personnel to the right projects for maximum effectiveness. Facilitate cross-project coordination to share lessons learned and best practices, leading to improved service delivery. This is a remote position based in the US, requiring Eastern or Central Time availability and some travel. What You’ll Do

Assure successful outcomes for MedTech customers using Veeva Clinical Operations solutions. Lead and support structured pre-sales activities, including project scoping and resource allocation. Work alongside Veeva Product and Strategy teams to ensure offerings meet market demands. Enable your team members to succeed and deliver on MedTech initiatives. Ensure delivery success through maintaining strong customer relationships. Drive team productivity and service quality to maximize customer value. Act as a trusted consultant for escalations and customer needs. Contribute to hiring and team development to optimize resource utilization. Assign the right talent to projects for enhanced results. Coordinate with various teams to promote knowledge-sharing and service improvements. Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries; MedTech experience is preferred. Adept at collaborating across functions to innovate and finely tune services delivery. Proven ability to lead pre-sales activities and manage complex software implementation projects. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and expand the service footprint. Demonstrable experience overseeing delivery teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Nice to Have

Experience with the implementation of Clinical Operations Solutions for MedTech firms. Familiarity with Veeva Clinical solutions. Perks & Benefits

Base salary: $80,000 - $200,000. Note that salaries may vary based on experience and location. Offers will be tailored to your unique qualifications, experience, and potential contributions, with additional compensation possibilities such as bonuses and stock options.
