We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our client in the Surgoinsville area! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by ensuring they are packed securely and accurately. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency in the packing process. Responsibilities: Accurately pack products according to company specifications and guidelines. Inspect items for quality assurance before packing to ensure they meet our standards. Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping purposes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products or packaging materials to the supervisor. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products. Skills: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting (up to 50lbs) and moving packages as needed. Basic problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the packing process. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
