We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and nimble individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in a dual-capacity role to support our Ohio Manufacturing facility, the heartbeat of Zenni. Youll spend approximately 70% of your time focused on high-volume recruiting for our Ohio Manufacturing facility, and the remaining 30% assisting our Ohio HRBP with HR generalist duties. As a

youll lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our Ohio Manufacturing Lab. This includes closely collaborating with hiring managers to assess current needs and advise them on recruitment best practices and decisions. Youll explore and execute new hiring opportunities to attract and close talent such as in-person events or other creative hiring initiatives. And above all, youll ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Youll be the main point-of-contact for all regional external partners for any recruitment activities, and our go-to expert on all things related to recruiting for our Ohio Lab. As an

HR Generalist , youll support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle such as new hire onboarding and employee relations concerns. Youll help maintain employee data within internal systems and conduct exit interviews to refine the recruitment process. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition with a dotted line to the SR. this hybrid position (4 days in office, 1 day remote) will be based in our Obetz, Ohio Manufacturing facility . This is a great opportunity for someone to own all recruitment activity in Ohio and support our HR team. Ideally, this role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting the dots between talent and organizational needs for the Zenni organization.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%) Lead full-cycle recruitment for our Ohio Manufacturing positions including creating requisitions, sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers Partner with hiring managers ensuring they have accurate information and support to make the best hiring decisions Track and organize recruiting efforts in ATS (Greenhouse) with a keen eye on metrics, and report to leadership in a regular cadence Spearhead creative new hiring initiatives such as Open Lab or Facility Tours Research and attend regional hiring activities such as career fairs or regional industry networking meetings Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends for high-volume recruiting Continuously improve recruitment process to increase efficiency and candidate quality

HR Generalist (30%) Support new hire onboarding including documentation, orientation, and assist with building tours as needed Maintain employee data in the HRIS (we use Rippling) and ensure proper documentation Assist with employee relations concerns by listening, documenting, and escalating as needed Help enforce policy compliance and workplace standards Conduct exit interviews for awareness and to strengthen recruiting Serve as a go-to resource for general employee questions and HR support as needed Assist in execution of initiatives around culture, recognition, and retention Qualifications

5+ years high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing for manufacturing and shipping positions 25 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Proficient using various sourcing tools and ATS we use Greenhouse! Adept at building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, cross-functional teams, and external partners Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of attracting and retaining quality candidates Self-starter with a high degree of proactive initiative and ownership Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with basic HR compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage & hour laws, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications

In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated range for this role is $86,600 - $108,200. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
