Ingenium Imaging Solutions is a growing digital-twin and reality-capture company focused on delivering accurate 3D data and building documentation. We work with architects, engineers, developers, and enterprise clients to provide clear, detailed models for a variety of projects. We are looking for an experienced BIM Technician to join our team and help convert site data into precise, actionable models.

Key Responsibilities
Model Creation & Management
Develop, refine, and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) from laser scans, Matterport captures, and field data using Revit, AutoCAD, and related platforms.
Translate point clouds and 360° imagery into accurate architectural, structural, and MEP models that meet project standards.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate multi-disciplinary data into cohesive models.
Ensure models meet client requirements, internal QA standards, and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance
Perform clash detection, model validation, and documentation to support construction, renovation, and facility management deliverables.
Innovation & Efficiency
Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling workflows, template libraries, and internal SOPs for large-scale, multi-site projects.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional BIM/Revit modeling experience in architectural, engineering, or construction environments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Familiarity with point cloud processing software (e.g., Recap, FARO Scene, Leica Cyclone) and Matterport data integration.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards (LOD, COBie, IFC, etc.).
Attributes:
Detail-oriented with exceptional spatial and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred
Experience working on industrial projects such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, or large commercial facilities.
Experience with drone-captured data, laser scanning (Matterport Pro3, Leica BLK, etc.), and 3D point cloud registration.
Familiarity with parametric families, Dynamo scripts, or BIM 360 workflows.
Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
What We Offer
Competitive salary range of $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
