Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for healthcare analytics? This healthcare organization is keeping on the forefront of emerging technologies to help with decisioning and predictive analytics. They're looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping predictive analytics and machine learning systems across the enterprise. This role can be fully remote after on-boarding, but you must reside in the State of California. What You’ll Do: Provide analysis and strategic direction for enterprise-wide predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives. Work with healthcare data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. Develop complex queries, joins, and stored procedures in MS SQL Server to extract meaningful insights. Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting. Requirement: Healthcare industry experience (ex: knowledge of claims systems, codes, payment methodology, etc.) Proven experience in analyst roles Strong MS SQL Server skills (queries, joins, stored procedures) Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis Bonus Points for: Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools such as Power BI Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics Familiarity with machine learning algorithms Exposure to EZCap

Compensation: $85,000-$120,000 per year
