Senior Director of Treasury
to lead global cash management, investment strategies, and banking relationships across the U.S., EU, and China. This is a highly visible role where you will play a key part in optimizing liquidity, overseeing contract spend, and supporting capital structure decisions in a dynamic global environment. Key Responsibilities
of a
Senior Director of Treasury: Manage global banking relationships and optimize banking fees and risk exposure. Lead cash forecasting and investment strategies to maximize interest and minimize risk. Oversee capital infusion processes and intercompany loan documentation. Analyze and implement currency hedging strategies as EU operations scale. Authorize U.S. contract spend and support legal entity board reporting.
Requirements
of a
Senior Director of Treasury:
10+ years of treasury leadership experience in public companies. 2-5 years of Senior Director and/or Director level experience Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences industry experience is required Expertise in global cash management, hedging, and intercompany funding. Strong Excel and analytical skills; process improvement mindset. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement across regions. MBA or CFA preferred; experience in biotech or pharma a strong plus.
Compensation:
$190-220k + bonus + equity Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
