Compensation: This is a fee for service role, where therapists earn a percentage of collected session revenue.
Master's level and pre-licensed clinicians: 40-49%, typically $50-$61 per session Fully licensed clinicians: 50%+, typically $63+ per session (depending on insurance or private pay rates)

We're seeking a passionate therapist eager to grow their expertise with specific client populations while being part of a warm, collaborative team. You'll conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses, complete treatment plans, and provide 1:1 therapy sessions using evidence-based clinical interventions.
Credentials & Experience
Current Illinois license: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LSW, LPC, AMFT, MEd, or MA Experience with individual therapy and clinical interventions Availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 1 year) Proficiency with Google Docs & TherapyNotes Private practice experience is a plus, but not required Personal Qualities
Genuine enjoyment in building connections with clients and colleagues Warm, professional, and approachable communication style Organized, reliable, and conscientious work habits Passion for collaboration balanced with professional autonomy
