We're seeking a passionate SW Engineer to play a key part in investigating and improving sophisticated hardware/software solutions, focusing on identifying the root causes of unexpected behaviors and advancing system performance. This analytical engineering position emphasizes evaluating customer usage reports and large datasets to determine actionable issues and trends.

Responsibilities

Examine system-level anomalies and contribute suggestions for increasing overall solution efficiency Perform trend detection and statistical review of technical data to uncover technological pain points Review field feedback to identify and interpret customer-facing issues, such as measurement deviations or signal tracking errors Assess and enhance system accuracy; create, test, and apply updates to resolve technical challenges Generate thorough technical documentation, reporting on testing processes, algorithms, and evaluation outcomes Manage multiple concurrent assignments, thriving under deadlines and fluid conditions Requirements

Foundational understanding of satellite navigation measurement types, error analysis, and model building Familiarity with introductory machine learning concepts is a plus Hands-on experience using Jira, Gerrit, and Git systems considered beneficial Excellent communicator-skilled in writing and discussing technical matters within a team Proven independence in execution with the ability to self-motivate and collaborate Quick to adapt, with a strong work ethic and desire to rapidly acquire new technical capabilities
