Summary of Position:
Do you have a background in IT and enjoy assisting those who need help within IT. If so, this position may be your opportunity to grow your knowledge of IT and customer services.
Position Requirements:
*Applicants should have a working knowledge of customer service *Preferred knowledge in Mac OS, Win OS, Adobe Products, Microsoft Office but not required
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
*Provide customer support in computer hardware and software for faculty, students and staff *Working with faculty, students and staff to solve computer related issues *Software installation and updates *Cleaning computer hardware *Keeping printers fully supplied (paper, toner/ink) *Answering tech phones and messages, and emails
