ABR is seeking 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians for a plastic manufacturing company in Fitchburg, WI. The
Maintenance Technician
is responsible for providing breakdown, corrective and preventive electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance on all production equipment. Education or experience with electrical maintenance and industrial electronics is required. They are responsible for performing this production work in a factory environment. This local company makes plastic packaging for a variety of products and other worldwide companies. Shift is 10 PM-6 AM. Overtime is available. Starting pay is $27.91 per hour.

Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics or related field Or High School Diploma and 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Ability to safely use hand tools, electronic test equipment Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC Ladder logic programs Strong computer knowledge including using Microsoft Office Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Understanding of digital and analog servo systems Knowledge of soldering, ARC welding, MIG welding Ability to service electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English Ability to drive motorized vehicles including forklifts and elevated platforms History of working safely including safety training, LOTO and PPE use ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
