As a Manager Trainee, you'll gain valuable experience in sales, inventory control, customer service, and fabrication. You'll assist customers with metal building components, maintain accurate paperwork, operate warehouse equipment, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Pay Rate: $15 - $20/hr. (Depending on experience) Schedule can vary
What You'll Do:
Assist customers with product selection and estimates Process phone and in-person sales Handle shipping/receiving and warehouse operations Maintain paperwork like invoices and daily reports Fabricate trim and sheet metal using shop tools Operate forklifts, shears, packaging tools, and more Qualifications: Candidate possesses two years of metals experience and holds a high school diploma or higher. Must have excellent communication skills and a background in construction is preferred. Proficiency with office equipment such as calculators, computers, printers, and telephones, as well as a wide range of hand and power tools including wrenches, banders, screw guns, chop saws, forklifts, and safety equipment. Additionally, must demonstrate strong basic math and geometry skills.
