Midland, TX – Surrounding Areas (Midland Basin) Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 5/2 | 40 hours per week with daily travel in the Midland Basin area Position Overview We are seeking
experienced Trainer III professionals
to develop and deliver HSE and technical training programs in the Midland Basin. This position will focus on both
classroom instruction and occasional field training . Candidates must have strong oilfield knowledge, prior HSE training experience, and the ability to work independently while running training classes. Bilingual skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and maintain training curriculum and materials (HSE/SHE focus) Conduct classroom-based training sessions; lead training independently by early next year Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Travel locally (2–4 hours daily) across Midland Basin to support training needs Assist in developing and updating training plans, e-learning modules, and documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Provide guidance to trainees on PPE, field procedures, and safety protocols Support both classroom instruction and occasional field-based training (PPE/FR required) Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma required; additional technical or safety training certifications preferred 5–8 years of
field experience
in oil & gas operations Proven
training experience
in HSE/SHE, with strong knowledge of
OSHA regulations Strong communication and classroom instruction skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Safety-oriented mindset with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; Must be flexible and able to travel daily within the Midland Basin Self-starter with the ability to run training independently Additional Details

Operator will supply additional equipment and 4-gas monitor Work Environment:
