Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Harness evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive capabilities, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, holistic care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide both patients and their loved ones through therapy methodologies to facilitate continuous development outside the clinic. Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatments as required, ensuring patients remain on track towards their goals. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Opportunities for continued education and post-graduate certification are welcomed and supported. Certifications
Valid
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Key Skills
