Reporting to the VP Global QHSE, this position is to support the global QHSE organization for the on-going compliance applicable to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and GDP and other relevant topics. This role is accountable to support and expand customer-centric Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QHSE), Sustainability and Compliance culture around various aspects of the regulations within our industry.

This role is accountable to support and expand customer-centric Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QHSE), Sustainability and Compliance culture around various aspects of the regulations within our industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In alignment with VP Global QHSE, create, maintain, revise and improve Global QMS documentation to ensure compliance to procedures and applicable standards for all JAS Businesses (Air, Sea, Contract Logistics) Support the preparation and the creation of global management review Monitor the execution of the global internal audit schedule Monitor the global deviations and track implementation of improvement measures with the region/country teams and leadership Maintain knowledge of relevant and current regulatory requirements and provide information/ reference to new developments and standards. Support RFQ/RFI response for QHSE and Sustainability related items globally Monitor and report QHSE KPIs for visibility to management and other stakeholders. Assist in developing global initiatives covering QHSE and eventually sustainability aspects Assist in monitoring the compliance of the network (country/branch) on various QHSE aspects Assist in risk and change processes relevant to our business Support, prepare and oversee the follow up on regional customer audits and/or regulatory inspections Support continuous improvement initiative for business processes to increase productivity and add value to JAS Take an active role in various projects where QHSE is involved in support of VP Global QHSE. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or relevant higher education. Experience in Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Sustainability or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in an operations or similar role in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain (local, country or regional level) Industry knowledge of regulatory directives and guidelines (ISO's and other relevant standards applicable) Project management and business analytics skills. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent communication skills (English, verbal & written) Good knowledge of international supply chain operations and TMS. Strong presentation, Power Point, Excel analytics skills. Proficient use of Gen AI tools. Willingness to learn and to grow in various aspects of QHSE and Sustainability in an agile team.
