About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our business goals. You’ll leverage innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with HR and hiring leaders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diverse recruiting techniques to build and engage talent networks.

Source and hire high-quality candidates for a variety of roles and locations.

Partner with HR and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Advocate for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.

Stay informed on industry trends, talent market shifts, and compensation benchmarks.

Promote continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment practices.

Execute employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in partnership with hiring leaders.

Represent the company at community events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.

Communicate a clear and compelling value proposition aligned with our digital talent strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Passion for creating inclusive hiring practices and fostering diverse teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
