$1570 - $1680 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Active New Mexico RN license or Compact state nursing license BLS certification from AHA (required) Minimum 1 year of recent Oncology RN experience Strong communication and clinical skills; sensitivity to patient rights Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment Oncology RN Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver patient care for oncology patients, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Demonstrate clinical proficiency and provide compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and families in a professional and respectful manner Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adapt to changing clinical schedules as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive healthcare environment for patients and staff Uphold the organization's mission, philosophy, and healthcare goals
