Overview: SageSure, a technology-driven and capital-efficient managing general underwriter that prioritizes the underserved preferred homeowners middle-market, is on the lookout for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. What you'll be doing: Evaluating organizational development needs and offering support in organizational effectiveness, design, talent assessment, and change management. Leading workforce talent strategies aligned with business priorities, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Contributing significantly to business transformation projects and initiatives across various domains. Building strong relationships with leaders to provide insights on organizational and HR strategy. Creating actionable plans to enhance operational strengths and overall performance. Interpreting financial and operational requirements to support effective HR processes and training. Using data and analytics to derive actionable insights and develop strategic plans. Coaching and mentoring team members to drive key HR programs. Supporting initiatives that cultivate a fair and consistent organizational culture. Advising leaders on employment and labor laws in collaboration with the Director of Employee Relations & Compliance. Owning leadership development initiatives. Providing HR administrative support when necessary. Updating departmental and job changes in the HRIS system as needed. We're looking for someone who has: A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, particularly in tech or software sectors. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred. Certification in team/individual effectiveness (e.g., StrengthsFinder) is a strong plus. Proven leadership capabilities, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing others, and guiding work towards successful outcomes. A solid grasp of business acumen and eagerness to learn more about the organizational landscape. A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle challenges effectively. Exceptional communication skills, fostering trustful relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills and the capacity to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR platforms. The ability to utilize metrics and reporting tools to inform people-related decisions.
