Job Description
Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians Manage PPAPs from start to finish Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods Generate documentation and standards for new products Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3+ years experience in quality Background in electronics manufacturing Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 or AS9100 Experience with New Product Development Strong communication skills, experience with customers Degree in engineering or related field preferred Experience leading and mentoring engineers Sponsorship not provided What's on Offer
Base Salary between $80,000 - $95,000 Discretionary bonus based on company performance Full Medical Benefits suite 2-3 weeks PTO 401k match
