Job Summary
We are looking for an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic offices in McDonough and Sharpsburg. This split-location role is ideal for someone with energy, sales confidence, and a heart for helping people. You'll play a key role in both front desk operations and patient care.
You’ll be more than a receptionist—you’ll be a guide, educator, and support system helping patients follow through with the care they need to reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage every patient with energy and intention
Lead phone calls, follow-ups, and patient conversions with confidence
Educate patients about chiropractic and our mission
Manage scheduling, data entry, and patient payment processing
Support doctors during patient care and maintain a smooth office flow
Present services, wellness products, and care plans effectively
Keep accurate patient records and deliver an outstanding patient experience
✅ Requirements
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Passionate about health and helping others grow
Confident communicator and people person
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and stay organized
Must be comfortable working between both McDonough and Sharpsburg offices
High-energy, coachable, and team-oriented
