As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for a range of front- and back-office tasks, including:
Welcoming patients and ensuring a warm, professional environment Phone and appointment management Taking and recording vital signs Room preparation and turnover Patient charting and documentation Collecting payments and assisting with billing Escorting patients and coordinating flow through the treatment cycle Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Medical Assistant certification or diploma (required) Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting (preferred)
