Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a K-12 school construction project in compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) standards. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong communication and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee all DSA documentation, inspections, and closeout procedures. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of construction. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - DSA Construction should have:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in building and construction project management, with a strong focus on DSA and K-12 projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering public school construction projects in California. In-depth knowledge of DSA processes, codes, and documentation requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
