What You Will Do

Be the Architect of Quality Systems: Implement and sustain IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3 certifications across multiple plants. Lead Cultural Transformation: Shift mindsets, upskill teams, and embed quality ownership at every level. Partner with Customers: Build trust as a technical advisor, ensuring PPAP, APQP, and audits exceed expectations. Drive Supplier Excellence: Strengthen supplier performance and ensure robust incoming quality. Champion Continuous Improvement: Use advanced problem-solving and data analytics to slash defects, reduce scrap, and deliver measurable improvements. Own the Numbers: Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and communicate insights that guide strategic decision-making. What You Bring

Educational & Experience Background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical field required. 7+ years of progressive quality engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on quality system implementation and certification leadership. Proven success implementing IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 across multi-site operations. Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives within manufacturing environments. ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CSSBB) strongly preferred. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) highly preferred. Technical & Systems Expertise

Expert knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and layered process audits. Strong proficiency with statistical analysis tools (Minitab, InfinityQS) and ERP/MRP systems; Ignition and/or Python experience a plus. Skilled at interpreting technical drawings, CAD models, and tolerancing requirements. Demonstrated success using data analytics to drive process optimization and defect reduction. Leadership, Change Enablement & Influence

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through certification and quality system transformations. Exceptional communication and coaching skills to influence the adoption of new systems and standards across all levels. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Embodies TSM’s GRIT values through resilience, innovation, and accountability. Travel Requirements
