On-Call Maintenance Technicians

while assisting with a variety of property maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple properties

Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other minor issues

Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure property safety and functionality

Complete repair assignments efficiently and to high-quality standards

Maintain and repair property equipment as needed

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience strongly

Ability to troubleshoot and repair common property issues

Must have own tools and reliable transportation

Flexible schedule and availability for on-call work

Dependable, self-motivated, and professional in communication
