You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Task may include the following: •
Painting:
Interior and/or exterior walls, ceilings, and trim. •
Flooring:
Install or replace flooring, including hardwood, tile, or carpet. •
Plumbing Tasks:
Install or replace faucets, toilets, and other basic fixtures. •
Electrical Work:
Replace or install outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. •
Appliance Tasks:
Install or repair appliances, such as dishwashers, ovens, or microwaves. •
Vanities:
Install or replace bathroom vanities and associated fixtures. •
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform general cleaning and power washing of surfaces. •
Material Management:
Act as a runner to acquire materials for the project as needed. Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • High school diploma/GED or equivalent Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
