Join our team as a Delivery Driver responsible for transporting our high-quality products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks. In this role, you will ensure that all deliveries are completed accurately, packed properly, and delivered safely to the right customer, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Your role involves direct interaction with customers, including handling cash and accessing electronic equipment and other valuables, which may be monitored. To maintain our company's reputation and protect our customers and employees, a review of criminal history is required.

Prepare deliveries in line with customer specifications efficiently.
Load customer orders accurately onto the vehicle.
Complete necessary documentation for deliveries.
Transport and deliver products safely and on time.
Maintain the delivery vehicle, addressing repair needs promptly.
Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Follow designated routes and schedules diligently.
Abide by all transportation laws and ensure a safe driving record.
Prepare relevant reports and delivery documents.
Operate vehicles and equipment such as trucks and forklifts.
Assist in various store tasks, including warehouse duties, mixing customer orders, and assisting customers.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
A valid Medical Examiner's Certificate from a licensed DOT medical examiner or willingness to obtain one upon offer.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in reading and speaking English for effective communication.
If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations is required.
Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience as a delivery driver.
Experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Previous experience in selling paint or related products.
Ability to communicate in languages other than English.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.
