We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
F&B Front of House Management Intern
to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various roles with exposure to multiple F&B outlets within Turning Stone Enterprises. Interns will rotate through both dining and beverage operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house and beverage service functions. Working closely with department leadership, you will gain invaluable experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: Rotate through different positions to gain a well-rounded experience in various F&B outlets, including beverage operations. Provide exceptional customer service as a Host, greeting and seating guests in multiple dining settings. Handle transactions accurately as a Cashier in different outlets. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction across various dining and beverage environments. Assist the Beverage Department in managing drink service, including preparation and delivery of beverages to guests. Support the Supervisor in daily operations, team coordination, and service management across F&B and beverage settings. Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and safety protocols in all areas, including beverage stations. Educational Focus:
This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house operations within the hospitality industry, with additional exposure to beverage service. Through rotations you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, team coordination, and operational management. The program also emphasizes leadership development, service excellence, and industry standards, preparing you for future roles in hospitality management.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college program in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous F&B experience is a plus (but not required). What we value:
