Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently grasping and placing birds onto the conveyor's hanging line. Monitoring for any DOA (Dead On Arrival) birds and removing them promptly. Maintaining a consistently full conveyor line. Adhering to workplace safety protocols and reporting any equipment malfunctions. Following USDA and GMP product standards diligently. Keeping your work area clean and organized. Rotating through various tasks as needed. Maintaining regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Capacity to meet required output standards. Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Demands: Standing for 8 - 10 hours daily. Lifting up to 60 lbs. Bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.
