Overview: As an Oracle EPM Solutions Developer, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing EPM application components, including business rules, data integrations, metadata updates, forms, reports, and automation scripts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our EPM solutions perform at a high level, are scalable, and meet the precise accuracy required for both internal financial planning and external reporting. In this role, you will support the development and ongoing maintenance of key Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Narrative Reporting (NR), Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM), and Account Reconciliations (ARCs). Development Responsibilities: Design and develop EPM Cloud artifacts, such as: Business Rules and Groovy Scripts (using Calculation Manager) Data Forms, Dashboards, Smart Lists, Validations, and Task Lists Reports with Oracle Narrative Reporting and Management Reporting

Work closely with FP&A, Consolidations, and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Build and maintain data integrations using Data Management, focusing on mappings, data load rules, and automation scripts (EPM Automate / REST APIs).

Manage metadata configuration across dimensions and applications to support evolving reporting and forecasting needs.

Document and develop application enhancements and configuration updates while adhering to structured change control and testing methodologies.

Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle EPM Cloud monthly updates to enhance functionality and performance.

Support Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data integrations by monitoring processes, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies between systems.

Support and validate forecasting, budgeting, and close cycles, aligning them with published FP&A and Accounting schedules.

Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding data discrepancies, calculation logic, and reporting issues; provide necessary training and documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web forms, business rules, integrations, and security configurations, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary.

Validate user access and prepare documentation to support internal audit controls and compliance.

Manage the deployment of system enhancements through established change management processes.

Maintain high system availability and user satisfaction by monitoring application health and coordinating maintenance activities.

Work collaboratively with technical team members to assist in patch cycles, regression testing, and disaster recovery simulations.

Participate in the EPM team's on-call support rotation to address critical issues during off-hours and financial close periods.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least 4 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), including business rules and form development.

Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting and/or Management Reporting is essential.

Knowledge of Enterprise Profitability Cost Management (EPCM) and allocations is advantageous.

Experience with Oracle Data Management or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a plus.

Familiarity with government accounting standards or the government contracting industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and finance stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
