JOB SUMMARY:
Join a vital team dedicated to upholding and investigating adherence to our comprehensive Code of Conduct & Ethics, focusing on issues like discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and compliance breaches. You'll manage a diverse array of investigations autonomously and in collaboration, engaging with HR, business leaders, and employees across the company to foster trust and ensure transparency. The role requires a blend of investigative rigor, legal acumen, and sensitivity to corporate culture and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed investigations from start to finish, including interviews and data analysis. Synthesize findings, draft comprehensive reports, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain clear communication with involved parties, management, and HR teams throughout the investigative process. Create executive summaries and keep senior leadership informed on investigation outcomes. Uphold and promote our organization's values, demonstrating objective empathy throughout investigations.
Must have Skills:
Proven ability to conduct and manage complex investigations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively. Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in employment law or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a J.D. or formal credentials in workplace investigations or fraud examination will be given preference.
