Hiring Make Ready Techs: Help Us Create a Welcoming First Impression
What you will be doing:
The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:
Caulking
Drywall repair
Touch up painting
Test all locks and key sets
Assist in inspection of property
Maintaining exterior lighting
Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.
Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
Pool maintenance
Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
What well expect from you: Active and valid drivers license and a personal vehicle. Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties. HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred. High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
