Brokerage Services Transaction Manager

manages the Anderson & Simon, Seattle WA Multi-Family Real Estate Team transactions. The Transaction Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions across the teams portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, renewals, and related due diligence activities. This role requires strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure successful and timely execution of real estate deals in alignment with corporate strategy. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing (new leases, renewals, expansions, terminations) Collaborate with brokers, legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate deals Draft and review Letters of Intent (LOIs), purchase and sale agreements, and lease documents Coordinate and lead the due diligence process for purchases and sales, including title, and financial documentation Analyze deal economics and ensure alignment with investment criteria Track progress of each transaction using project management tools or systems Prepare and present deal summaries, reports, and recommendations for internal approvals Manage relationships with internal and external brokers, legal counsel, consultants, and title companies Ensure all third-party work is completed on time and within budget Improve transaction management processes for efficiency and effectiveness Maintain and update internal documentation and reporting systems

Education/Certification

Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field required, commercial real estate license preferred. Required Knowledge

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, or related field Strong knowledge of real estate law, lease agreements, and transaction documentation

Experience Required:

10+ years customer service or client-facing experience; or 10+ years CRE experience or a combination of experience and education Work Environment
